  Auto Club membership worth every dollar! Had been a member a long time, then with most of my cars offering roadside service, discontinued membership. Resumed membership 8 years ago and have been pleased with it throughout the years. Went to this office in Whittier to renew registration on a car that had issues. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend AAA, this location and seeing Michelle in particular.

  The staff at this location have always been very professional as well as helpful. My last few visits have been for the purpose of handling DMV paperwork. Being able to deal with AAA employees rather than actually going to the DMV locations is worth the cost of my membership alone.

  went it today to pick up tags, gave my name and front desk said to wait in the back, 5 mins. went by , 10 mins went by, 30 minutes later and still no name calling, I had to bother another employee from dmv department , asked her if she knew how much longer, i can see on her face that someone had forgotten me, she went straight to person that my request was given to. i think her name is stephanie, she never looked at the screen, I did see stephanie called 3 other customer that got there after me, no apology, just went with her day, if she needs training, please don't put her in the front where she can't do her job.
